SacriFist is working on new material!
We are planning to release our fourth album during the course of next year... We really cannot tell our fans that much except for that Sammy and Michael will be
putting everything together and after that the whole band will decide what stays and what goes! We really believe that the new material is great and will satisfy
everyone who has supported the band over the years. We also plan to play 1 or 2 tracks that will be featured on the new album at the Halloween festival, to be held in Nelspruit.

The competition will stretch over four months winners will be announced after 4th gig.
We choose 11 bands, which will be competing for three prizes sponsored by Control Studios.
1st prize 50 hours studio time.
2nd prize 25 hours studio time.
3rd prize 10 hours studio time.
And an extra will also be added:
All 11 bonds stand a chance of having one single recorded and but on the Toxic Track
compellation album, of which Samro will pay out standard royalties to all the bands on the CD.
We at Hazardous Entertainment are working hard to expose and, help the bands reach their
full potential. Hazardous Entertainment and Control Studios have already started this
project, we are currently recording bands for the Toxic Track Compilation album, which
will be on sale at all the events.
The Toxic Track Compilation CD will result in exposing the bands and also work as a
marketing tool for all the bands on the CD.
All 11 bands have great potential and we believe this will be a great opportunity to
promote South African rock music.

This weekend passed was probably one of this years coolest events, The bands (SacriFist, Agro, Tyburn, Misercord and Chokehold) who performed at The Snuggery did really blow people away,
It was a benefit gig for a fellow metalhead who has been diagnosed with Cancer!
Costa this one was totally and utterly for you man! We hope that you will come out of this shit healthy!

SacriFist announces that they’ve parted ways with vocalist Jacques Kirsten due to him failing to perform
as expected during the band’s recording of “The Well of SacriFice" out later this year. “We really wish
him all the best in whatever project he takes on. We KNOW that he’s a very dedicated person and a great friend!”.
Jacques Kirsten's profile will remain on the SacriFist website until they've found someone worthy enough of
filling his shoes!
SacriFist started the final mix on their new album on the 28th September 2004 and
so far the guys are really impressed with quality of the mix. "We really believe
that people won't be able to say that SA sound production is not up to international standards anymore!"
We really appreciate all the downloads on "Odin" and "Dark Angel" but they do sound like demo's
compared to the rest of the material! So naturally these two tracks will also be remixed!"
SacriFist Birthday News
Byron celebrated his 24th birthday this month but he chose to have a relaxed
night out. We still need to get him to chow down on some chillies!
Sammy celebrated his 30th birthday during the month of July and was treated
very good by Six Pack staff and customers, Each and everyone trying to get him as
pissed as possible! In the end Six Pack won! Thanks alot to everyone who attended.
SacriFist enters the studio to begin work their new album entitled “The well of
SacriFice”. Two songs were released for public download and are currently
available on Twilight-X.
Dwayne Coetzee (Funeral God) was called in to perform on two of the
songs as vocalist Jacques Kirsten was unable to perform as expected.
Dwayne did an awesome job and impressed us all.

After months of sitting without a band room, SacriFist had to make use of six
pack in Edenvale Johannesburg for practicing purposes. “We are so grateful for
Cliff and the rest of the crowd, they really went out of their way to help us! We
are lucky to fans like you!” We have finally been sorted out by Shaun's good
graces
New Guitarist
Well... After seeing so many people for auditions for the title of Lead
Guitarist in SacriFist. We are proud to announce that Byron Myers seemed to
have pulled it off. Welcome to our clan of misfits brother we hope (and pray)
that you will experience the beautiful thing with us from now until eternity!
MARRIED!
Shaun Moseley (BASS) finally got married on the 13th of December
2003 and is happily living the good life with Madam Shelly. Congratulations from all of us
Guitarist calls it quits
Long time member Paul Verster called it quits, concentrating on his business.
Paul has been with us from the very beginning. It was a sad affair however we wish
him the best there is. “He really is funniest man alive, every time the band met up
for whatever reason he had new ways of making some people smile. GOOD LUCK MATE!
